All products are 100% authentic, brand new, unused, and factory sealed at the time of shipment.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once the outer packaging or inner sealed bag is opened, the item is considered used, altered, and no longer resellable. Therefore, the item becomes strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns, refunds, exchanges, disputes, or chargebacks will NOT be accepted under any of the following circumstances, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with the character, failure to obtain a desired style, personal preference changes, duplicate pulls, gift-related issues, or resale intentions.

Minor outer box damage, compression, dents, scratches, or packaging imperfections caused by shipping, storage, or handling do NOT affect the internal product condition and do NOT qualify as reasons for return, refund, replacement, or compensation.

By placing an order, the customer fully understands and agrees that sealed blind box items carry inherent randomness and risk, and assumes all responsibility once the item is opened.

Any attempt to return an opened, unsealed, or tampered item will be considered a violation of this policy and may result in refusal of the return, denial of refund, and permanent transaction closure.

By completing the purchase, the buyer confirms acceptance of all the above terms and waives any right to return, refund, dispute, or chargeback related to randomness, packaging condition, or personal preference.
