About the Role
OtakuPop is a growing anime and collectibles store built for fans, collectors, and curious shoppers alike. We’re looking for part-time team members who are dependable, friendly, and ready to help create a fun and welcoming in-store experience.
Position Details
- Position: Part-Time Store Associate
- Location: Las Vegas
- Schedule: 10–25 hours per week
- Weekend availability is required
- Scheduling is based on store needs and availability
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers and help create a great in-store experience
- Operate the register and handle basic transactions
- Restock, organize, and maintain displays
- Keep the store clean, organized, and running smoothly
- Support the team during busy store hours
- Help with short-form video content and may occasionally appear on camera
- Handle basic computer tasks such as POS use and simple data entry
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Positive attitude and strong team mindset
- Comfortable with hands-on store tasks like restocking, organizing, and cleaning
- Able to stay calm and helpful during busy customer traffic
- Open to being on camera for short videos when needed
- Basic computer skills are required
- Willing to help with all areas of store operations—not just standing at the register

Bonus Qualifications
- Retail or customer service experience
- Interest in anime, collectibles, blind boxes, or figures
- Comfortable speaking on camera or participating in social content
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Language Skills
Additional languages such as Chinese, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, or others are a plus, but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $14–$16/hour, based on experience and performance
- Performance-based bonus opportunities may be available
