To maintain fairness and preserve the original collecting experience, OtakuPop enforces the following Blind Box & Final Sale Policy.

Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

What Is a Blind Box / Blind Bag?

A blind box or blind bag item is a product that is randomly packed by the manufacturer.
The character, design, color, or variant inside cannot be selected or guaranteed.

OtakuPop does not open, sort, weigh, or alter blind items prior to shipment. All blind box and blind bag products are shipped sealed as received from the manufacturer whenever applicable.

Randomness & Duplicates

Because blind items are randomized:

  • Receiving duplicate designs is possible

  • Specific characters or variants cannot be requested or guaranteed

  • The chance of receiving secret or rare items is determined solely by the manufacturer

Purchasing multiple blind boxes or blind bags does not guarantee a complete set or the avoidance of duplicates.

Final Sale – No Returns or Exchanges

All blind box and blind bag items are FINAL SALE.

Once a blind item has been opened, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Personal preference

  • Duplicate items

  • Not receiving a desired character or variant

  • Change of mind

This policy applies regardless of whether the blind item has been opened or remains sealed.

Packaging & Minor Box Wear

Blind box and collectible packaging is often designed for display and may be more fragile than standard retail packaging.

Minor packaging imperfections—such as light creases, small dents, corner wear, or surface marks—may occur during transit and are considered normal for collectible products.

Packaging condition alone does not qualify for returns, exchanges, or refunds, provided the item itself remains authentic and intact.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you believe you have received an item with a manufacturing defect (excluding normal packaging wear or minor cosmetic imperfections), please contact us at info@otakupopus.com within 72 hours of delivery, based on the carrier’s delivery confirmation.

To submit a claim, please include all of the following:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Clear photos of the outer packaging and internal packing materials

  • A complete, continuous unboxing video showing the package being opened from its original sealed condition to the product inside

Claims submitted after this 72-hour window, or without the required documentation, may not be eligible for review or resolution.

OtakuPop does not sell counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized products.
